James P. Greene

Mr. Greene is a noted Tax Attorney, National Speaker, Board Member of the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability, Former Board Member of the Center for Economic Progress, National Speaker, and Instructor of Law, Economics, and Mathematics. Among other distinctions, he was an Economics Fellow at the University of Chicago, holds a Masters in Economics, was a Licensed Commodi- ty Broker, and a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Greene graduated Georgetown University Law Center, JD/LLM (Tax) in 1995 and 1996, respectively, and operates a full-service law practice in Chicago and Naperville, Illinois where he concentrates on tax, asset protection, and estate and business planning.

As a former faculty member at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Mr. Greene taught courses in both international and corporate tax. Mr. Greene is a former member, founder and former president of the National Association of Tax Professionals-Nevada Chapter as well as founder and Instructor at the Illinois Tax Training Institute.

In addition to his formal teaching duties, he frequently speaks on topics of Taxa- tion, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning.
